This week’s show we are continuing on with the Hunting 101 series.
My first guest is Mike Miller from Miller’s Southwest Processing. Mike has a lot of great ideas about proper field care. If you wait for years to get drawn for that special tag you want to make sure that you take good care of your animal before you get it processed.
Then Dave Howard from Trophy Blend Scent Sticks will be joining me to talk about the inportance of scent on the hunt.
To wrap up the first hour, Jim Hartsock from Southwest Wildlife taxidermy will discuss proper skinning procedures for getting that trophy mounted.
In the second ESPN’s”GetWild” host, Cindy Garrison will be with me to talk about her new season in 2008 as well as women getting ready for the hunting season.
The last two segments are devoted to my mom who passed away on June 4th of cancer. Patti and I are interviewing Olympia Moy and Eric Ahnmark from the hopkins 4K for Cancer bike ride. These kids and 25 others will have completed a cross country bike ride from the east coast and will complete their fundraising ride in San Francisco today for the American Cancer Society’s Baltimore Hope Lodge which houses out patient cancer patients.
